Understand your health without being a doctor.

You don't have a medical degree. That is no reason to understand nothing about your health.

Our mission

Klairgo is a French company with an educational purpose. Our job is not to treat you: it is to translate.

Doctors, lab scientists and pharmacists write in a technical language: precise, and made for accuracy between professionals. That language was never designed for you. And nobody in today's healthcare system has the time to translate it for you.

We don't replace this conversation with your doctor. We prepare you for it. You arrive at your appointment already knowing what will be discussed, with your real questions instead of your worries.

How we keep it simple

One thing at a time.

Each screen answers a single question. No dashboard, no menu to explore, nothing to hunt for. You look, you understand, you move on.

Explained as if to someone close.

No raw medical vocabulary. When a technical term can't be avoided, it is translated in the same sentence. We write the way someone who cares about you would explain things, across the kitchen table.

Never a diagnosis, always the meaning.

We explain the facts on your document, nothing more. We don't draw conclusions, we don't recommend, we don't alarm. Decisions stay between you and your doctor.

Better to refuse than to be wrong.

If a value, a medicine or a procedure isn't recognised with certainty, we tell you so instead of guessing. Wrong information would be worse than no information at all.

Lean by design.

Your documents are analysed on your phone, by lightweight algorithms. No data centre to power or cool. We use only what we need to answer you.

Made for the people nobody helps

If you are on long-term treatment.

One set of results follows another, and you would like to see whether things are changing, without waiting for the next appointment.

If you look after someone close to you.

An elderly parent, a partner, children: you handle documents that aren't yours, and you want to understand before you decide.

If you have simply received a document.

A routine blood test, a prescription, a quote. You want an answer now, not in five days.
